Tactical Gains is an extremely intense hypertrophy program which consists of 5 days of workouts which will help take you to a level you have yet to reach. This regimen does not wave volume or intensity but, rather, keeps intensity and volume high with a number of intensification methods while getting continually stronger in a variety of rep ranges. The order of exercises were thoughtfully placed by Chris after years of trial and error.
